We are based in the London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames, and we operate in the general areas of Surrey,
Middlesex and parts of SW London, although we occasionally rehome animals further afield. At ARC our priority is to rescue, foster, re-home and assist all types of animals,
while also offering advice, information and raising public awareness about animal welfare.
All the animals that come in to ARC are looked after in private foster homes by loving experienced carers.
They receive plenty of 'TLC' and any veterinary care that they require, including neutering.
ARC does not put animals to sleep unless they are suffering or their quality of life is clearly unsatisfactory.
Our principal aim is to find loving, permanent homes for the many unwanted and neglected animals in our community.
As a small charity with limited resources, we cannot offer long term sanctuary but we do work very hard to find
the ideal homes for all our animals. We are always looking for new foster homes and help with fundraising.
