This event was a three day collection outside the large Hampton Sainsbury Superstore, Uxbridge Road, April 2nd. 3rd. 4th. We weathered the wind and cold to sit outside the store, smiling & chatting to the shoppers, who were extremely generous, donating a mountain of cat, rabbit, dog & guinea pig food & bags of litter. We also raised £294.22 in our tins and best of all we found a home for 2 of our long term rabbits, Basil & Blossom. So it was a very successful week-end and we wish to say big Thank You to everyone including Donna at Sainsburys, for such a great opportunity. |
