You may remember Basil & Blossom from our last newsletter. Basil was the last of a series of pet rabbits and Blossom came from a garden centre that closed down. Both were partially sighted and white albinos. Basil’s teeth need regular cutting and so their disabilities meant they were always at the bottom of the list for adoption, despite their sweet natures. Many months later, a lady came to see us at Sainsbury’s, during our week-end food collection. There, she learnt about their plight and offered to give them a loving home. Basil & Blossom now reside in Hampton, enjoying their wonderful new life. !
