ARC is primarily a LOCAL animal welfare organisation, based in and around the Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames.
Our main aim is to serve the animals and people within our community; assisting, rescuing and re-homing those animals who are homeless,
unwanted, abandoned or neglected. This map indicates our main areas of operation, covering the areas of SW London, Middlesex & Surrey
that incorporate Chiswick, Barnes, Kew, Brentford, Isleworth, Richmond, Ham, Kingston, Hampton, Teddington, Twickenham and Whitton.

In general, we do tend to look for new homes within this area, as dictated by our ability to carry out home assessments.
However, we do not discount offers of good homes that are out of the area. If a home is too far for us to make a personal visit,
we will follow up the initial phone enquiry with a veterinary reference where applicable. The prospective new owner would then
come to visit us to meet the animal in its foster home.
